PORTAMENTO/GLISSANDO
Two versions:
1. easy espressivo & easy molto espressivo to target note
2. only the sound of the isolated glissando

all patches allow polyphonic playing (for use in gliding thirds etc.)

gliss. up 3-4 on nylon strings
gliss. up 7-8 on nylon strings
gliss. up 2 on bass strings
gliss. up 3-4 on bass strings
